This Thanksgiving season Cast Iron Communications organized the first Twin Cities Turkey Hotline (a little updated tribute to the classic Butterball one)! Home cooks can call in and get all of their Thanksgiving cooking questions answered by top local chefs when they call 1-844-TURKEYDAY.
The hotline will run from 9am to 4pm CST on Thursday, November 16 (one week before Thanksgiving) with the following schedule:
